    Yes! You can pause anytime and resume when you're ready.
  • Can I request multiple designs at once?
    It depends on your plan. Each plan includes a number of active requests allowed at the same time.
  • What’s the copywriting add-on, and who writes the content?
    The copywriting add-on includes professionally written content in English to match your brand voice and marketing goals. It’s written in collaboration with a skilled copywriter I work with regularly.
  • What do you need from me to get started?
    Once we agree on the package, I’ll send a quick onboarding form and contract. You’ll need to send over any existing brand materials, ideas, inspiration, or text you'd like to use — and I’ll take care of the rest!
  • How are payments handled?
    To offer flexibility and ongoing support, I work on a monthly payment basis. Each plan is billed at the beginning of the month, before any work begins. This secures your spot in my calendar and ensures that I can dedicate time and creative focus to your brand. Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer, and I’ll send an invoice a few days before the new month starts. If payment isn’t received by the start date, work will be paused until it's confirmed. This system helps both sides work with clarity, commitment, and consistency. 😊
  • Can I use these designs for print and web?
    Absolutely! All deliverables are provided in high-resolution formats suitable for both digital and print. If you have specific print requirements, just let me know during the process.
  • What happens if I don’t use all my monthly designs?
    Unused requests don’t roll over, but we’ll always remind you to make the most of your plan.
