  • What is included in the Pixel Plan?
    You get 1 active design request at a time, up to 4 design deliveries per month, and unlimited revisions until you’re completely satisfied.
  • What types of designs can I request?
    This plan covers social media posts, flyers, simple graphics, and other professional design needs. Video editing is not included.
  • How do I submit my design requests?
    You can send your requests via email or through a simple form I’ll provide once you subscribe.
  • What if I need more than 4 designs per month?
    You can upgrade to a higher plan or request a custom package tailored to your needs.
  • Are the revisions really unlimited?
    Yes! I want you to be 100% happy with the result, so we’ll keep revising until you are satisfied.
  • Can I change or cancel my subscription?
    Yes! You can cancel or pause your subscription anytime with no penalty. Just let me know.
  • How are payments handled?
    To offer flexibility and ongoing support, I work on a monthly payment basis. Each plan is billed at the beginning of the month, before any work begins. This secures your spot in my calendar and ensures that I can dedicate time and creative focus to your brand. Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer, and I’ll send an invoice a few days before the new month starts. If payment isn’t received by the start date, work will be paused until it's confirmed. This system helps both sides work with clarity, commitment, and consistency. 😊
